I can't say that this is a
timely announcement but, since I'm about to hit
7,000 views, I'd love to do something for the watcher/person who is that
magic number viewer.
SO: Viewer number 7,000, if you can please make a screen capture when you get here and forward it to me via note or email, I'll produce a simple basic illustration of... something... to commemorate the landmark.
Why? Just because I appreciate those who keep coming back and keep in contact although I really don't post much at all and because I care about all of you. No biggie. I'm not all about pageviews or anything, otherwise, I'd certainly be producing more
ARTWORK and kissing more
ASS, right?.
In the meantime;
"My sincerest thanks and appreciation to all my watchers, viewers, supporters and friends from past, present and.... future??? Thanks again,
Rico
P.S. Sorry for the multiple journal uploads. I don't know what happened.

PLEASE!!! Visit
www.sidebarnation.com! It's an
EXCELLENT audio blog about Comics, Art and Pop-Culture!
The hosts, Swain Hunt & Dwight Clark have gone to great lengths to put together an interesting show and have procured
LIVE on-location and remote interviews with comics creators, fine artists, musicians, designers, actors and other creative personalities who are of interest to the artistic and creative community.
The show is extremely well executed and is full of candid, frank and entertaining conversations with professional creators who have interesting perspectives on all the things that we artists love and who often divulge pertinent information about their respective industries!

I actually don't use mine very much at all but, I truly couldn't imagine coloring without it. I'm considering learning to draw digitally also but, I'm "old school", so it's really hard for me to like the concept. Still, if I don't do it, I'll probably be left behind before I've gotten a good start!
